Features

VERTEX Forged Piston Replica - ref. 23329A
Designed for off-road machines, this VERTEX forged piston combines meticulous manufacturing and quality materials. A specialist in thermal components for quads and motocross, VERTEX provides both original equipment and competition parts. This Replica piston is aimed at demanding riders looking for a robust and well-engineered replacement part.

Piston diameter: Ø 88.940 mm (oversize letter A)
Recommended bore diameter: 89.00 mm
Compression: standard (11:1)
Piston pin height: 23.5 mm
Material: forged aluminium
Replacement ring: ref. 277500
Supplied with rings, circlips, and pin

The forging process gives the piston a dense and homogeneous structure, suitable for the demands of off-road use (jumps, RPM variations, heat). Ideal for restoring an engine or maintaining original geometry after oversizing to A. Before installation, check the bore dimensions and follow the manufacturer's recommendations for bedding in and assembly clearance.

Compatibility (examples): POLARIS OUTLAW 450 MXR 2X4 (2011), BETA RR 450 4T ENDURO RACING (2009), KTM 450 EXC RACING SIX DAYS (2008).
