Product details :

VERTEX Forged Piston Replica (manufacturer part number: 23127A) designed for Cross motorcycles. Forged aluminum piston delivered complete with rings, circlips, and pin for replacement during an engine rebuild or repair. Designed to maintain the reliability and load-bearing capacity typical of modern 4T engines.

Bore Diameter: 77.00 mm
Piston Diameter: Ø 76.940 mm (oversize A)
Material: Forged Aluminum

The piston features the oversize letter A, suitable for cylinders machined for a bore of 77.00 mm. The forged construction provides mechanical strength suited to the demands of motocross and good thermal dissipation typical of aluminum alloys, while maintaining tight assembly tolerances. Delivered ready to install after checking and lubricating the rings and pin.

Main compatibilities: GAS GAS EC 250 F (2015), FANTIC TF250ES (2015), YAMAHA YZ 250 F (CG27) (2007) — verify the engine reference and dimensions before installation. For a durable fit, adhere to the recommended operating clearances and follow the initial break-in procedure recommended by your workshop.
