VERTEX Forged Piston – Manufacturer part number: 24021A

Specifically designed for the motocross world, this VERTEX forged piston is aimed at engine preparations and demanding replacements. Made from forged aluminum according to Vertex processes, it offers a finish and dimensional stability suitable for off-road use and high RPMs encountered in motocross. Ideal for high compression configurations, it features over-size dimensions A for a precise fit in a recharged or machined bore.

Piston diameter: Ø 76.950 mm (letter A)
Recommended bore diameter: 77.00 mm
Compression: high compression
Material: forged aluminum
Ring reference: 272240 · Piston pin: 032166 · Circlips: CV163

This piston is compatible with Kawasaki KX250F (KX250Z) models from 2015 and 2016. Before installation, check the bore, piston-cylinder clearance tolerances, and adhere to the manufacturer's recommendations for break-in and pin tightening. VERTEX equips many off-road machines and MX teams; this piston draws on that experience to provide a robust replacement part suited to the demands of the terrain.
