WÖSSNER Pro Series Forged Piston — Ref. 8894DA

Designed for the motocross universe, this Wössner forged piston meets the requirements of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines. Precisely machined in Germany, it is intended for builds and replacements that require tight tolerances and reliable mechanical performance. The skirt features an anti-friction treatment to limit hot friction and improve performance at high revs.

Recommended bore diameter: 77.00 mm
Piston diameter: Ø 76.950 mm (oversize A)
Material: forged aluminium
Number of rings: 2
Delivered complete: rings, circlips, and pin

The oversize A diameter allows for compensating a slight re-boring of the cylinder. This piston is suitable for refurbishment work and engines subjected to high revs on track or rough terrain. Its forged design promotes uniformity and resistance to thermomechanical loads superior to a cast piston, without promising unverified gains in power.

Common compatibilities: Yamaha WR 250 F (RE25/CG36) and YZ 250 F (CG34) — models 2015–2017 (250 cm³). Always check the fit and piston/cylinder clearances before installation.
