WÖSSNER Pro Series – Forged Piston

Forged piston from the Pro Series range, manufactured in Germany by Wössner for 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines intended for motocross. Made of aluminium, this oversized piston letter A features a precise piston diameter of Ø 76.97 mm for a reference bore of 77.00 mm. Manufacturer reference: 8935DA.

High compression forged piston
Anti-friction treatment on the skirt to reduce friction
Material: forged aluminium
Piston diameter: 76.97 mm (bore 77.00 mm) — oversized A
Delivered complete with ring(s), circlips, and pin

Suitable for demanding motocross applications, this piston fits into cylinders designed for oversized A and allows for a clean installation thanks to the supplied components (ring, pin, circlips). Its forged design ensures a homogeneous structure suitable for high RPM stresses and common thermomechanical loads in off-road conditions. Particularly suitable for Kawasaki KX 250 / KX 250 F models (references indicated), subject to verification of compatibility with your engine and adherence to manufacturer specifications during replacement.
