WÖSSNER Forged Piston Kit Ø95.99 mm (Manufacturer Part No: 4098DB)

Designed for Cross displacements, this piston kit from Wössner includes all the necessary components for reassembly after reboring. The piston is forged from aluminum and features a diameter of 95.990 mm (oversize letter B), with a standard compression ratio. Ideal for engine modifications where the piston is replaced while adhering to the recommended bore clearance.

Kit contents: forged piston, rings, wrist pin (WP028-SP), and retaining clips (CW19).
Rings: RIK96.00E
Planned bore diameter: 96.04 mm (NOTE: the OEM bore is 96.03 mm).
Material: forged aluminum
Compression: standard

This kit is suitable for Cross machines requiring a precision replacement part. Key compatibility includes Kawasaki KX 450 (2024, 2025, and 2026 — 450 cc). Check the bore of your cylinder before installation and follow the manufacturer's recommendations for clearances and ring assembly.
