WÖSSNER Forged Piston – Ref. 8781DA

This forged piston is designed for 2 and 4-stroke cross-oriented engines. Manufactured in Germany by Wössner, this aluminium piston features a forged design that enhances mechanical strength compared to cast parts, while providing machining precision suitable for demanding off-road applications.

Piston diameter: Ø 76.96 mm
Recommended bore diameter: 77.00 mm (oversize letter: A)
Material: Forged aluminium
Number of rings: 2
Finish: Anti-friction treated skirt
Supplied with: rings, circlips, and pin

Designed for the stresses of cross riding, this piston is suitable for both performance modifications and standard replacements where bore precision and durability are essential. The treated skirt reduces friction during hot phases, and the assemblies are provided for complete installation.

Common compatibilities: particularly suitable for SUZUKI RM‑Z 250 (2024, 2025, 2026) — however, please check the bore and engine tolerances of your machine before installation.
