WÖSSNER Forged Piston – Manufacturer Ref. 8018D100

Designed in Germany by Wössner, this forged piston is aimed at motocross and roadster riders looking for a quality engine part for cylinder rebuilding or maintenance. Machined from aluminum, it adheres to manufacturer specifications and is suitable for standard compression installation.

Bore diameter: 57.00 mm
Piston diameter: Ø 56.95 mm (diameter Ø: 56.95 mm)
Oversize letter: 100
Material: forged aluminum
Delivered complete: ring(s), circlips, and pin
Anti-friction treatment on the skirt to limit wear against the sleeve

The Wössner piston is a standard replacement engine part, intended for 2-stroke and 4-stroke engine refurbishment operations. Its forged design and skirt treatment contribute to performance suited to the typical demands of off-road and roadster motorcycles, without altering original tolerances.

Examples of compatible mounts (to be verified according to year and specifications): Cagiva Raptor 125 (2010), Husqvarna WR 125 (1991), Cagiva Planet 125 (2008).
