WÖSSNER Forged Piston – Manufacturer Ref. 8229D100
Manufactured in Germany by Wössner, this forged piston is aimed at motocross enthusiasts and demanding engine builds. Designed to fit cylinders with the specified bore diameter, it combines materials and finishes suitable for off-road use.

Bore diameter: 90.00 mm
Piston diameter: Ø 89.920 mm
Oversize letter: 100
Material: Forged aluminum

Anti-friction treatment on the skirt
Delivered with ring(s), circlips, and pin

The Wössner forged piston features an anti-friction treated skirt to reduce wear against the sleeve and facilitate break-in. Its forged aluminum construction is designed to withstand the thermomechanical stresses encountered in motocross use where engine demands are high. The oversize 100 allows for compensation of bore wear or adjustment for installation on a re-bored cylinder according to the specified tolerances.

Compatibility (examples): HONDA CR 500 R (PE02) 2000-2001, HONDA CR 480 R (PE02) 1983. Please check the reference and dimensions of your engine before ordering to ensure proper assembly.
