WÖSSNER forged piston specifically designed for motocross use, manufactured in Germany by a specialist in engine parts. Made from forged aluminum, this piston meets the demands for durability and consistency required for 2 and 4-stroke engines used in off-road applications.

Bore diameter: 48.50 mm
Piston diameter: Ø 48.450 mm (actual Ø 48.45 mm)
Oversize letter: 150 — oversize +0.150 mm
Material: Forged aluminum
Number of rings: 1
Finish: anti-friction treated skirt
Delivered with: ring(s), circlips, and pin

This piston is designed to withstand the specific stresses of motocross: temperature rise, high RPMs, and repeated loads. The skirt benefits from an anti-friction treatment that eases the break-in process and reduces friction during the first kilometers. Supplied complete with ring, circlips, and pin, it allows for a clean piston overhaul without immediate additional parts.

Compatibility (examples): YAMAHA PW 80 (2009–2011, 80 cm3). Always check the bore and oversize of your cylinder before installation.
