DescriptionProx Ø16X1,2MM Universal Piston pin ring

Product details :

Features

Manufacturer reference: 05.1612C
Designation: CIRCLIPS PROX Ø16X1.2MM (THE PAIR)

These PROX Ø16 x 1.2 mm circlips are retaining parts designed to keep the piston shaft in place on cross and enduro engines. Supplied in pairs, they fit into the designated groove of the shaft/piston to prevent any lateral movement of the piston pin during intense riding sessions.

Usage: piston shaft circlips, suitable for cross and enduro applications.
Format: diameter 16 mm, thickness 1.2 mm — sold by pair.
Installation: positioned in the groove of the shaft using circlip pliers; check for proper engagement and absence of play after installation.

Essential during piston/shaft refurbishment or engine maintenance operations, this pack of PROX circlips allows for the secure reassembly of the piston-pin assembly. Before reassembly, check the condition of the circlips and systematically replace them if they show signs of wear or deformation to avoid any risk of the shaft detaching during operation.
