Wiring Harness Replacement by MOOSE OFFROAD FOUR WHEEL (manufacturer part no. 100-1347-PU). This replacement harness has been designed for quad and side-by-side riders looking for a simple and clean solution to replace faulty wiring without having to redo the entire electrical system.
- Easy installation: cut the old harness and then use the included terminals or solder the connectors onto the new harness according to your preference.
- Compatible with the ignition switch: the plug features a protective sleeve that secures the wires at the switch.

This harness is ideal for quick interventions on Polaris ACE and SPORTSMAN (e.g. ACE 570, SPORTSMAN ACE 900 XC, SPORTSMAN ACE 570 SP) but is suitable for other similar platforms. It replaces damaged sections while retaining the original connectors where possible. Be sure to check polarity and ground points before re-energising and protect your solder joints with heat shrink tubing for a durable finish.
