Hepco & Becker Basic - black Universal Reservoir ring

Hepco & Becker - Basic Tank Ring (black)
Manufacturer's reference: 516444 00 01

Designed for the Yamaha FZ 750 (1984-1986), the BASIC tank ring offers a simple and robust solution for attaching a Hepco & Becker tank bag. This mechanical system provides a clear and audible locking mechanism: quick clipping, secure hold even at high speeds, and easy removal thanks to the release strap located at the front of the bag.

• Model-specific fitting: ring and counter-support supplied, the counter-support screws in and adjusts according to the shape of the tank and the angle of the handlebars.
• Cap opening: the tank cap remains accessible and opens normally with the ring installed.
• Safety: reliable mechanical locking, stable hold at high speeds.
• Recommended limits: advised speed with bag ≈ 130 km/h, indicative payload ≈ 3 kg (follow the manufacturer's instructions).
• Compatibility: BASIC system exclusively compatible with BASIC counter-supports; it is not interchangeable with the Lock-it version (which uses magnetic domes for centring assistance).

Robust product, designed for riders looking for a practical and no-frills attachment for their tank bag. Check compatibility with your model via the “My bike” database or with your dealer before installation.
