The Basic - black Hepco & Becker tank ring is the simple and robust solution for attaching a tank bag to the Yamaha Tracer 900/GT (2018-2020). Designed for road use, this specific tank ring allows for quick installation and removal of the bag while keeping access to the fuel cap intact.
- Supplied with the BASIC tank ring and adjustable counter-support, to be screwed onto the bag according to the shape of the tank and the angle of the handlebars.
- Mechanical locking system: quick setup and audible lock that provides reassurance during journeys.
- Unlocking via front strap pulled forward, easy removal of the bag.
- Designed for road use with a recommended maximum speed of 130 km/h and an approximate payload of 3 kg in the bag.
- The fuel cap remains accessible when the ring is mounted.
Practical notes: the Basic ring differs from the Lock-it system by the absence of centring magnets — the model-specific metal part remains the same, but the counter-supports of the two systems are not interchangeable. In Germany, tank bags do not require an ABE; however, please check your motorcycle manufacturer's recommendations before use.
