The BASIC tank ring - black Hepco & Becker (manufacturer reference: 5167505 00 01) is the simple and robust solution for attaching a dedicated tank bag to your Triumph Tiger 800 (models 2010–2014). Designed for daily use as well as long trips, it allows you to click in and remove the bag quickly thanks to a mechanical locking mechanism that is perceptible with a clear "click".
- Supplied with: BASIC tank ring and adjustable counter-support to be screwed onto the bag according to the shape of the tank and the angle of the handlebars.
- Cap opening: the tank cover remains accessible without removing the ring.
- Handling: unlocking via a strap located at the front of the bag, pulled towards the front of the motorcycle for easy removal.
- Recommendations: recommended payload ≈ 3 kg; maximum recommended speed with bag mounted: 130 km/h.
- Compatibility: ring specific to models registered in the "My bike" database for the Triumph Tiger 800 (2010–2014). Note: BASIC and Lock-it systems are not interchangeable — the counter-support and the ring must belong to the same system.
