Hepco & Becker Basic - black (Manufacturer's ref: 5167569 00 01) Specific tank ring for KTM 790 Duke (2018-). Designed to securely attach a Hepco & Becker tank bag, this BASIC ring offers a simple and reliable solution to fix your bag to the road without compromising access to the fuel cap.
- Secure mechanical attachment: clear and audible locking once the bag is engaged.
- Suitable for road conditions: stable hold even at high speeds (recommended max speed 130 km/h with bag mounted).
- Comes with adjustable counter-support: screws onto the bag according to the shape of the tank and the angle of the handlebars for optimised positioning.
- Fuel cap access preserved: you can open the tank without removing the ring.
- Recommended payload: approximately 3 kg inside the bag (follow your motorcycle manufacturer's guidelines).
Practical notes: the BASIC ring locks only mechanically — it differs from the Lock-it version which incorporates magnetic domes for centring assistance. The BASIC and Lock-it counter-supports are not interchangeable; use the same system for the ring and the bag. In Germany, tank bags do not require an ABE. Always check compatibility via your "My bike" sheet or the manufacturer's manual before installation.
