Hepco & Becker – BASIC Tank Ring (manufacturer's ref. 516468 00 01) – black

Designed for the Yamaha FZR 600 (1991-1993), this BASIC tank ring allows for secure attachment of a Hepco & Becker tank bag. Simple and reliable, it consists of the model-specific ring and an adjustable support bracket, to fit the shape of the tank and the angle of the handlebars.

• Mechanical locking: clear and audible attachment when the bag is engaged.
• Safe at high speeds: secure hold even at high speeds (maximum recommended speed with bag mounted: 130 km/h).
• Cap opening: the tank cap remains accessible once the ring is installed.
• Easy removal: unlocking via a strap located at the front of the bag in the direction of travel.
• Recommended payload: approximately 3 kg in the tank bag.

Important: the BASIC system uses a specific mechanical support bracket. Bags equipped with the Lock-it system (magnets) are not compatible with a BASIC ring and vice versa. In Germany, tank bags do not require an ABE or registration certificate inscription. Check compatibility via the "My bike" database or the model list available in-store before purchase.
