Hepco & Becker – BASIC Tank Ring (Manufacturer's reference: 5167678 00 01)

Designed for the CF Moto 450 MT (2024-), the BASIC tank ring allows for quick and secure attachment of a Hepco & Becker tank bag. Simple, robust, and designed for the road, it offers a reliable mechanical attachment without unnecessary electronics.

• Contents: BASIC tank ring + adjustable support to adapt the bag to the shape of the tank and the angle of the handlebars.
• Usage: the bag is placed and locked audibly onto the ring; the fuel cap remains accessible once the ring is installed.
• Safety: secure hold even at high speeds thanks to the mechanical locking.
• Release: unlocking is done by pulling a front strap in the direction of travel to remove the bag.
• Recommendations: maximum advised speed with bag: 130 km/h; recommended payload: approximately 3 kg.

Note the difference with the Lock-it system: the BASIC locks mechanically without the magnetic domes for centring assistance found on the Lock-it.
