Designed to accommodate a Hepco & Becker tank bag on Yamaha MT‑03 (2016‑2019), the BASIC tank ring offers a simple, robust, and no-frills attachment. The system includes the model-specific ring and the adjustable support, to be screwed in according to the shape of the tank and the angle of the handlebars for optimal hold.
- Mechanical locking: the bag clicks into place and locks with an audible click to confirm the attachment.
- Easy removal: unlocking via a front strap, allowing for quick removal of the bag when stationary.
- Access to the cap: the tank cover remains accessible without removing the ring.
- Usage limits: recommended speed with bag mounted 130 km/h; approximate payload 3 kg.
- Compatibility: BASIC system only compatible with BASIC support — Lock-it counter brackets are not interchangeable.
