BASIC tank ring designed to attach a Hepco & Becker tank bag to the BMW R 1200 RS (2015-2018). Discreet and sturdy, this model-specific ring allows for quick installation and removal of the bag while maintaining access to the fuel cap.

• Included: BASIC tank ring and adjustable counter-support (to be screwed onto the bag according to the shape of the tank and the angle of the handlebars).
• Installation: the bag is positioned and locked mechanically with an audible click; unlocking is done by pulling a front strap forward.
• Usage: free access to the tank cap even with the ring installed. Recommended payload in the bag: approximately 3 kg.
• Speed: maximum recommended speed with the bag mounted: 130 km/h.
• Compatibility: each specific ring is registered in the "My bike" database for the corresponding model. Note: BASIC and Lock-it systems are not compatible with each other (counter-support and ring must belong to the same system).
