Designed for the BMW R 1250 R (2019-), the BASIC tank ring is a simple and reliable solution for securing a Hepco & Becker tank bag. Compact and robust, it ensures a clean mechanical connection between the motorcycle and the luggage without obstructing the opening of the fuel cap.

• Supplied with the model-specific ring and the adjustable screw counter-support, to adapt the attachment to the shape of the tank and the angle of the handlebars.
• Mechanical locking: the bag easily positions and locks with an audible click. Unlocking is done via a front strap in the direction of travel.
• Secure hold even at high speeds — maximum recommended speed with bag mounted: 130 km/h. Recommended payload: approximately 3 kg.
• Difference with the Lock-it system: same model-specific metal ring, but the BASIC locks mechanically while the Lock-it uses magnets for centring assistance. The two systems are not compatible with each other (counter-support and ring must belong to the same system).
• Compliant with daily use: quick mounting and dismounting for urban trips as well as for road rides.
