- Fuel cap opening possible: the fuel cap remains accessible once the ring is installed.
- Simple unlocking: easy removal via a strap located at the front of the bag, pulled in the direction of travel.
- Usage recommendations: maximum advised speed with the bag mounted 130 km/h; recommended approximate payload 3 kg.
- System compatibility: the BASIC ring does not feature magnets (differs from the Lock-it system). The support brackets of both systems are not interchangeable.
