RFX Race Bulk Sound Absorber - 1 kg (Manufacturer part number: FXSP3100055WH): a universal packing designed to renovate and soundproof your silencer. Intended for riders who want to revive an overly loud exhaust without complicating the process.
This bulk woven fiberglass material adapts to the shapes of 2T and 4T silencers. The long fibers are designed to form a heat-resistant insulation mat (up to 700°C), helping to reduce aggressive tones and mitigate exhaust noise while maintaining gas flow.
- Packaging: 1 kg of bulk fibers, easy to dose.
- Material: high-performance woven fiberglass.
- Usage: renovation and soundproofing of 2T and 4T silencers.
- Resistance: designed for high temperatures, manufactured to reinforced specifications.
Packing tips: do not overload the core. Wrap the fibers tightly but not compressed around the inner tube; the final padding should have the consistency of a firm cushion. Overly compact wrapping can actually increase noise levels. Ideal for riders repairing an exhaust, replacing wool, or refurbishing a silencer.
