NG BRAKE DISC Race Star Floating Round Disc — Ref. 1565ZG

The Race Star from NG is a floating disc designed for demanding riders: a bi-material construction with an aluminum core and a thermally treated steel track for a characteristic iridescent appearance. Developed from track feedback, it combines lightness and thermal stability to limit the risk of deformation during intensive use.

The track features slotted holes arranged in series, promoting the evacuation of gases and heat; the entire assembly is mounted on an aluminum hub with hard anodized bolts and washers specifically tested in racing to provide freer floating between the track and hub. The result: a more consistent feel at the lever and better modulation of braking when the machine is pushed.
