R-Racer Screen by Puig

Sport windscreen developed in collaboration with MotoGP and WorldSBK teams to enhance aerodynamics and rider protection. Its increased height reduces airflow on the helmet and shoulders for greater comfort at high speeds.

Design and Materials

• High-strength 3 mm acrylic ensuring a lightweight and durable screen for optimized handling and longevity
• Superior rounded edge finish over 2 mm compliant with TÜV requirements to limit sharp edges and enhance aesthetics
• UV-resistant treatment to reduce sun degradation and maintain optical clarity

Usage and Performance

• Aerodynamic design tested in a virtual wind tunnel to contribute to improved aerodynamic coefficient and stability
• Increased height designed to deflect wind away from the helmet's field of vision and reduce rider fatigue on fast tracks

Practicality and Features

• Dimensions 365 x 305 mm allowing for pre-fitting positioning and adjustment on the original fairing before installation
• Weight 427 g facilitating handling during installation
• Assembly without additional parts to simplify fitting on original mounting points

Advantages

• Manufactured in Barcelona with quality control through artificial vision to ensure a screen in good condition
• General circulation license ABE KBA 38182 VS3 and DOT 1312 marking certified for use on public roads
• Carefully check the ABE before installation to confirm compatibility with your motorcycle model
