Puig R - Racer Light Smoke ScreenRef : PUI03253A / 3630H

R-Racer Screen by Puig

Sporty screen made from high-resistance 3 mm acrylic designed to enhance the aerodynamics of sports motorcycles. Designed and manufactured in Barcelona with quality control through artificial vision for precise finishing. Its taller shape deflects wind upwards to reduce the impact on the helmet and shoulders, improving comfort at high speeds.

Design and materials

• High-resistance 3 mm acrylic thermoplastic polymer material providing a piece that is both lightweight and durable.
• Rounded finish of over 2 mm complying with TÜV requirements to reduce sharp edges and enhance aesthetics.
• UV-resistant treatment to limit degradation and maintain the clear smoked appearance over time.
• Manufactured in Barcelona with artificial vision control for delivery in good condition.

Usage and performance

• Profile tested in a virtual wind tunnel to improve the aerodynamic coefficient Cx and optimise airflow around the motorcycle.
• Increased height designed to deflect wind impacting the helmet and shoulders, reducing oscillations at speed.
• Design focused on the upper frontal area for effective protection against the airflow received by the rider.
• Delivered with a detailed aerodynamic study indicating the improvements and protection provided to the rider.

Practicality and features

• Dimensions 345 x 245 mm (HxL) to check fit on the original fairing before installation.
• Item weight 385 g facilitating handling and installation during replacement.
• Assembly designed without additional parts for direct mounting on the original fairing.
• Thickness and rigidity suitable to maintain shape and stability once installed.

Advantages

• General circulation licence ABE KBA 38182 VS3 and DOT 1312; check the ABE to ensure administrative compatibility with your motorcycle.
• Clear smoked colour providing a discreet tint and visual protection against glare.
