R-Racer Screen by Puig

Aerodynamic R-Racer screen for original fairing, designed in Barcelona from high-resistance PMMA (acrylic). Its increased height and wind tunnel-tested profile aim to better deflect wind around the rider's helmet and shoulders. Rounded finish and UV resistance ensure a durable and refined component.

Design and Materials

• CI30 PMMA material in high-resistance acrylic for a robust part while remaining manageable during installation
• Thickness of 3 mm providing good mechanical strength without unnecessarily adding weight to the fairing
• Rounded finish >2 mm meeting TÜV requirements to limit snagging risks and enhance aesthetics
• Item weight of 483 g facilitating handling and reducing additional load on the fairing

Practicality and Features

• Design 50 mm taller than the original to better deflect airflow and reduce wind impact on the rider
• Assembly without additional parts for direct mounting on the original fairing
• Carefully check the provided ABE to confirm compatibility with your motorcycle before installation

Safety and Standards

• General circulation licence ABE indicated to allow use on public roads subject to regulatory verification
• ABE KBA 38182 VS3 and DOT 1312 approvals mentioned by the supplier to facilitate local requirement checks

Benefits

• Delivered with a comprehensive aerodynamic study to review reported improvements before installation
• UV protection indicated to limit alteration due to sunlight and maintain transparency
• Origin ES, designed and manufactured in Barcelona for localized quality control
