R-Racer Screen by Puig

The R-Racer screen is a sporty screen designed for original fairings, aimed at enhancing aerodynamics and rider protection. It is manufactured in Barcelona from high-strength 3 mm acrylic with a rounded finish that meets TÜV requirements. Its geometry and increased height limit air disturbances around the helmet and shoulders. The assembly does not require additional parts, simplifying the installation process.

Design and materials

• High-strength 3 mm acrylic for a durable and impact-resistant screen, extending its lifespan in road use
• Rounded edge finish exceeding 2 mm in compliance with TÜV requirements to reduce sharp edges and improve contact safety
• UV-resistant treatment to maintain clarity and limit sun-related degradation

Usage and performance

• Dimensions 275 x 275 mm with a height increase of 55 mm compared to the original to better deflect wind impacting the helmet and shoulders
• Aerodynamic design tested in a virtual wind tunnel to enhance airflow and contribute to improved stability

Practicality and features

• Assembly without additional parts for quick replacement without the need for extra accessories
• Supplied with a comprehensive aerodynamic study indicating performance and protection improvements

Safety and standards

• General circulation licence ABE KBA 38182 VS3 indicated, check the ABE to confirm compatibility with your motorcycle before installation
• DOT 1312 approval mentioned to meet certain regulatory requirements depending on usage areas
