This is the first Akrapovič replacement exhaust born from the latest concepts unveiled for the first time at the EICMA motorcycle show in 2019. The progression of Akrapovič's legendary hexagonal shape, which revolutionised exhaust system design in 2005, sees the design adapting to modern trends and fresh ideas while maintaining the heritage associated with this iconic silencer. The lines of the system fit perfectly with the motorcycle's profile, and the silencer appears smaller to the naked eye – seemingly contrary to the strict homologation rules as silencers are becoming increasingly larger – fully demonstrating the advancement in design. The system is CE/ECE approved. A black-coated silencer with an engraved logo, an outer sleeve made of titanium, and carbon fibre components enhance its appeal. With optimised power for the machine, a flawless finish, high-quality craftsmanship, and a weight reduction of over 40%, it is as much a work of art as it is a performance piece.
