TRW - Clutch Adjustment Kit (Manufacturer's Ref: MES910-2)
This TRW adjustment kit includes steel drive plates designed to precisely adjust the stack height of your clutch. Intended for roadster riders and users of sports/racing bikes, it allows for the adaptation of the clutch pack when the thickness of the original friction discs is no longer sufficient to achieve the correct preload.
- Composition: steel drive plates, silver finish.
- Contents: kit with two plates of different thicknesses to adjust the stack height.
- Properties: low compressibility of materials to limit clutch slip under high torque or during sustained riding.
- Usage: suitable for clutch adjustments on roadsters and sports bikes, for a sharper response when engaging torque.
Important note: some synthetic oils may increase the risk of slipping with friction discs. Check oil/clutch compatibility during installation. Examples of frequently affected models: Kawasaki ZX-6R 636 (2016) and Kawasaki Z 750 (2010).
