The HealTech GPX-WSS (Wheel Speed Sensor) is an additional speed sensor designed to work with the gear indicator of the GIpro X-Type range.

The issue with older motorcycles To calculate the engaged gear, the GIpro requires two pieces of information: engine RPM and motorcycle speed. However, many motorcycles built before 2000 (or Off-Road models) have a mechanical speedometer (driven by a rotating cable) and do not provide any electronic signal.

The Universal solution This kit solves the problem by installing an electronic reading point on your wheel. It includes a sensor to be mounted on the fork or swingarm, and a magnet to be placed on the brake disc. With each wheel rotation, the sensor sends the necessary pulse to the GIpro module for it to function perfectly.

Robust and Reliable Designed to be exposed to the elements (rain, mud, brake dust), the sensor is completely waterproof and shielded. It effectively replaces faulty or non-existent original sensors.
