Made from QSTE460 steel with a specific surface treatment and teeth machined using the Diamond Cut 2.0 process, it aims for controlled wear and consistent engagement performance.

ESJOT sprockets are developed according to strict tolerances (concentricity and runout below 0.1 mm) to ensure smooth drive and minimize vibrations transmitted to the chain.
