Designed to replace the original rear crown, this aluminium part provides a lightweight and precise solution for 520 pitch chain transmissions. Machined 100% without stamping or grinding, it features a neat finish and optimised tooth geometry for consistent contact with the chain.

The body is made from 7075 T651 aluminium, benefiting from additional heat treatment, which reduces deformation compared to more common 7075 T6 parts. The tooth thickness has been designed to offer maximum support between the tooth and chain while maintaining a reduced mass — a relevant choice for trail, enduro, supermoto, roadster, motocross, and urban use.
