Pro Series Armalite Double Composite Sprocket Steel Aluminium - 520 50 Teeth by RFX

The Armalite double sprocket is designed for Cross and Enduro competition, combining a 7075-T6 aluminium centre with a HCS steel outer sprocket to achieve a balance of lightweight and durability of the teeth. The Hex-Drive interface between rings maximises power transmission and reduces stress on the rivets, making it ideal for intensive use. CAD-designed profile and mud grooves minimise wear in muddy conditions and facilitate maintenance.

Design and Materials

• Installation: removal of the wheel and chain required, apply blue Loctite to each bolt and tighten evenly according to the manufacturer's manual.
