The RFX Pro Series Armalite composite crown in aluminum – 520 is designed for motocross riders seeking a balance between lightweight and durability. Engineered for off-road use, it combines a CNC machined 7075-T6 aluminum hub with a high carbon content HCS outer ring, offering a 49-tooth configuration suitable for 520 pitch chains.

Materials: 7075-T6 aluminum center (CNC) + HCS outer ring.
Number of teeth: 49 (520 pitch).
Hex-Drive Interface: hexagonal fit inner/outer ring.
Geometry: optimized CAD profile and mud evacuation grooves to minimize clogging.
Finish: anodized green color, reinforced design against torsion.

Installation is done like any standard crown: rear wheel removed, hub cleaned, fitted and tightened according to manufacturer torque specifications (use Loctite if recommended). Remember to check chain alignment and tension after installation.

Common compatibilities (examples): KAWASAKI KX 450 X 2026, KX 250 X 2026, KX 250 2026. Suitable for motocross bikes equipped with a 520 pitch.
