RFX Pro Series Armalite 520 Sprocket – Manufacturer Ref: FXRS 40-49 ALRD

Double composite sprocket from RFX, designed for demanding riders. The central body machined from 7075-T6 aluminum reduces rotating weight while the outer ring made of HCS steel provides wear-resistant teeth. The "Armalite" assembly uses a Hex-Drive interface between the two rings for a direct mechanical connection that reduces stress on the rivets and improves load rigidity.

Configuration: 49 teeth, 520 pitch — standard format for motocross and roadster.
Materials: CNC aluminum center, HCS steel outer sprocket.
Finish: red anodization resistant to external aggression.
Design: mud evacuation grooves and CAD-optimized profile to lighten without sacrificing strength.
Rider Advantage: less inertia, better throttle response, and tooth retention on abrasive terrains.

Product suitable for off-road practices and sporty road use. Particularly fits motocross machines such as SUZUKI RM-Z 250 / 450 and RMX 450 (check model/year compatibility and mounting before installation). Installation according to best practices: clean the hub, use thread locker on the bolts, and torque to the manufacturer's recommended specifications.
