Features

RFX — Composite Sprocket Double RFX Pro Series Armalite (ref. FXRS 40-50 ALRD)

This 520 double-ring composite sprocket combines a CNC-machined 7075 aluminum center with a HCS steel outer ring, designed to reduce unsprung mass while maintaining high wear resistance. The tooth profile has been optimized using CAD to limit weight without sacrificing strength, and new mud evacuation grooves help slow wear in off-road conditions.

Hex-Drive interface between inner and outer ring to transmit torque without stressing the rivets
Finish: red anodization
Type: standard, rigid for better torsional resistance

Designed for cross and roadster use, this sprocket naturally fits machines such as the SUZUKI RM-Z 450/250 (2026) and RMX 450 (2019). For installation, follow the manufacturer's manual and respect the torque specifications; use an appropriate thread locker (Loctite blue) and check the alignment and chain tension after installation.
