The RFX Pro Series Armalite 520 dual-ring sprocket is designed for off-road use. Engineered and tested in competition, it combines a machined core made from 7075-T6 aluminum to reduce weight and limit unsprung mass, with a high-carbon steel outer ring for improved tooth strength. The result: a sprocket built for motocross, capable of handling jumps, aggressive acceleration, and muddy tracks.

• Configuration: composite dual sprocket (CNC 7075 aluminum ring + HCS ring)
• Hex-Drive Interface between the two rings to transmit load without stressing the rivets
• 49 teeth – 520 pitch, standard style
• Lightweight CAD profile and mud evacuation grooves to reduce wear
• Anodized finish in blue, rigid design to limit torsion

Installation: lift the rear of the motorcycle, remove the wheel and chain, position the new sprocket on the hub, use Loctite on the bolts, and tighten evenly according to the manufacturer's manual. Do not exceed recommended torque settings.
