RFX Pro Series Armalite Composite Sprocket 520 - 48 Teeth (FXRS10-48ALBK)

Designed for motocross and demanding riders, the RFX Pro Series Armalite sprocket combines lightweight construction with durability. Its machined 7075-T6 aluminum core reduces unsprung mass while the high-carbon HCS steel outer ring ensures longevity of the teeth against muddy conditions and transmission stresses.

Chain format: 520 — suitable for standard motocross/enduro transmissions.
Number of teeth: 48 — balances torque/acceleration for varied terrains.
Double ring construction: CNC aluminum center + steel ring to limit weight while enhancing durability.
Hex-Drive interface between inner and outer ring: direct transmission of force and reduction of stress on the rivets.
Optimized CAD profile and mud evacuation grooves to limit wear and prevent debris accumulation.
Black anodized finish for a sleek look and corrosion resistance.

Installation: reinstall with the rear wheel lifted, clean the hub, position the sprocket, and tighten the fasteners using blue thread lock. Follow the manufacturer's torque specifications. Suitable for motocross machines such as certain recent Honda CRF 450 models.
