RFX Pro Series Armalite 520 Sprocket – 48 Teeth (Black)

Designed for muddy terrains and intensive relay racing in motocross, the RFX Pro Series Armalite composite sprocket combines lightweight construction with durability for demanding riders. Developed and tested in championship conditions, it features a two-piece solution that reduces rotating mass while providing increased wear resistance for the teeth.

Inner Ring: CNC 7075-T6 aluminum, CAD profile to lighten without sacrificing stiffness.
Outer Ring: high-density carbon HCS steel for optimized tooth longevity.
Hex-Drive Interface: hexagonal junction between the two rings for improved force transmission and reduced stress on the rivets.
New mud evacuation groove geometry to limit clogging and wear.
Stiff design increasing resistance to torque and twisting.
Black anodized finish, 520 pitch, 48 teeth, standard type.

Ideal for motocross and racing applications, this sprocket fits recent chassis (e.g., KX 450 X / KX 250 X / KX 250 2026). Recommended installation according to manufacturer guidelines: hub cleaning, even tightening, and use of appropriate thread locker. Manufacturer's Ref: FXRS20-48ALBK.
