RFX Pro Series Armalite Sprocket - 520 / 49 Teeth (FXRS20-49ALBK)

Designed for off-road and competition, the RFX Pro Series Armalite composite sprocket combines a machined aluminum core and a high-density steel outer ring for an optimal balance of lightness and strength. Developed and tested by international racing teams, it is aimed at motocross riders seeking performance and reliability on a daily basis.

7075-T6 aluminum inner ring machined CNC for rigidity and weight savings
HCS (high carbon steel) outer ring for improved wear resistance
Hex-Drive interface between inner and outer rings for direct force transmission and reduced stress on rivets
Optimized CAD profile and new mud evacuation grooves to decrease abrasion
Dual-ring design to limit weight without sacrificing torsional strength
Black anodized finish, pitch 520, 49 teeth

Compatibility: ideal for motocross machines (e.g., Kawasaki KX 450 X / KX 250 X / KX 250 2026). For installation, follow manufacturer torque specifications, clean the hub, and use thread locker (such as blue Loctite) on the screws. Check alignment and chain tension after installation.
