RFX Pro Series Armalite Sprocket - 520 / 49 Teeth
Designed for demanding riders, this double RFX Pro Series sprocket combines a machined aluminum core and a high-density steel outer ring to limit unsprung mass while preserving the longevity of the teeth. Developed and tested by racing teams, it is aimed at Cross and Roadster machines seeking a balance between gearing responsiveness and durability over time.

• CNC machined inner ring made of 7075-T6 aluminum to reduce weight
• Outer ring made of HCS (high carbon steel) for better wear resistance
• Hex-Drive interface between the two rings: direct transmission and reduced stress on the rivets
• Optimized CAD profile for weight reduction without sacrificing rigidity
• New mud evacuation grooves to limit accumulation and wear
• Black anodized finish, 49 teeth, 520 chain pitch

Installation: follow manufacturer instructions — lift the rear wheel, remove chain and wheel, replace the sprocket while checking alignment, use blue Loctite on bolts and adhere to recommended torque settings. Check chain alignment and tension before starting.
