RFX Pro Series Armalite Aluminum Sprocket - 520 (48 Teeth) — Manufacturer Ref: FXRS 50-48 ALOR
Designed for demanding riders, this double composite Armalite sprocket combines a CNC machined 7075-T6 aluminum core with a high-density carbon HCS outer ring. The bi-ring mounting reduces non-load-bearing mass while maintaining the strength of the teeth: an ideal combination for off-road, quad, or urban roadster use.
- Material: 7075-T6 aluminum center / HCS outer ring
- Number of Teeth: 48 (pitch 520)
- Hex-Drive Interface: hexagonal connection between inner and outer ring to maximize transmission and reduce stress on the rivets
- CAD Design: optimized profile to lighten without sacrificing rigidity
- Finish: durable orange anodization
- Practical Design: new mud evacuation grooves to limit accumulation and wear
Practical Points: compatible with all 520 pitch transmissions and suitable for Quad, Cross, and Roadster environments. Examples of compatible models: TRIUMPH TF 450-X (2026), DUCATI DESMO 450 MX (2026), STARK FUTURE VARG EX (2026).
Installation: follow the usual steps (removal of wheel and chain, cleaning of the hub, replacement and tightening of bolts with blue thread locker, torque according to the manufacturer's manual). For optimal longevity, check the condition of the seals and tighten evenly.
