The RFX Pro Series Armalite 520 sprocket (manufacturer part number: FXRS50-46ALBK) is a high-performance solution for demanding riders on quads, motocross bikes, or roadsters. Designed in a dual-ring configuration, it combines a machined 7075-T6 aluminum center with a high carbon steel (HCS) outer ring for a well-balanced strength-to-weight ratio.
- Compatibility: 520 pitch, 46 teeth.
- Construction: CNC 7075 inner ring, HCS outer ring, two-piece design.
- Hex-Drive Interface: hexagonal coupling between the rings to maximize power transfer and reduce stress on the rivets.
- Modern Design: CAD profile for weight reduction, mud evacuation grooves to limit wear in dirty conditions.
- Finish: black anodization for a racing look and improved durability.
Developed with feedback from competition teams, this Armalite sprocket aims for reliability and ease of maintenance for the rear end. Installation follows the standard procedure: lift the rear, remove the wheel and chain, position the new sprocket, apply suitable Loctite on the bolts, and tighten according to manufacturer torque specifications.
