The RFX Pro Series Armalite 47-tooth sprocket is designed for demanding riders seeking lightweight and robust performance on Quads, Motocross, or Roadsters. Engineered and tested at the highest level by racing teams, it combines a CNC-machined 7075-T6 aluminum core with a high-density carbon HCS outer ring to minimize unsprung mass while maintaining wear-resistant teeth.
- Configuration: double Armalite ring with Hex-Drive interface for optimal transmission between the inner and outer ring.
- Materials: CNC 7075 aluminum center / HCS outer ring.
- Teeth: 47 teeth, 520 pitch — standard compatibility.
- Finish: black anodization for durability and a racing look.
- Design: lightweight CAD profile, new mud evacuation grooves, and rigid construction to reduce twisting.
Installation: place the motorcycle on a stand, remove the wheel and chain, clean the hub, position the new sprocket, apply thread locker (blue Loctite) to the bolts, and tighten evenly according to the manufacturer's recommended torque. Check alignment and chain tension before use.
