RFX Pro Series HCS Sprocket - 520, 49 Teeth
Designed for demanding motocross riders and roadsters, the RFX Pro Series sprocket made from high carbon steel combines durability with precise manufacturing. Its HCS construction offers excellent wear resistance while allowing for an optimized CAD profile: the ideal compromise between strength and weight control compared to traditional mild steel sprockets.
- Material: Certified high carbon steel (HCS) — silver color.
- Pitch: 520, compatible with standard 520 chains.
- Teeth: 49 teeth for a good balance of torque/speed.
- Manufacturing: CNC laser cutting for tight tolerances.
- Practical design: Mud evacuation grooves and rigid design to limit twisting.
Installation: mount the rear wheel on a stand, remove chain and wheel, position the new sprocket on the hub, apply blue Loctite to the bolts, and tighten according to manufacturer torque specifications. Clean the hub and check chain alignment before restarting.
