RFX Pro Series HCS Steel Sprocket - 520: a robust sprocket designed for demanding riders who want a reliable wear part without compromising weight. Made from certified high-carbon steel, it combines longevity and strength while remaining more compact than a soft steel sprocket. The CNC laser cutting and CAD-designed profile ensure optimal machining precision and tight tolerances for a clean engagement with the 520 chain.

- Lightweight CAD profile to limit excess weight compared to aluminum

Designed for Quad, Cross, and Roadster environments, this sprocket is suitable for riders who ride on the track as well as for leisure. For installation: clean the hub, align the holes, use blue Loctite on the bolts, and tighten evenly according to the torque recommended by the manufacturer. A careful installation prolongs the life of the transmission and prevents premature chain wear.
