DRAG SPECIALTIES Starter Solenoid (Manufacturer Part No: MC-DRAG036) — an essential component of the starter group for touring motorcycles. Designed to control the engagement of the starter, this solenoid comes in a waterproof housing with a zinc finish and features a robust architecture suited to the demands of long rides and vintage motorcycles.
Its construction in steel incorporates a hardened steel piston and a long-life contact disc, elements that contribute to a positive control of the starting circuit. The waterproof housing limits the ingress of moisture and deposits, useful on machines exposed to the elements or for long-distance journeys.
Notable compatibilities: designed for classic Harley-Davidson touring models — including FLTC 1340 Tour Glide Classic, FLHTC 1340 Electra Glide Classic, and FLHT 1340 Electra Glide (years 1983–1984). Please check the part number and fitment on your motorcycle before installation. Ideal part for riders seeking a robust replacement solution that meets the standards of starter assemblies.
