Baker Drivetrain Assembly – Transmission Side Cover (Manufacturer Part No: DD7-10602-A)
This Function-Formed™ assembly by Baker Drivetrain replaces the original transmission side cover with a machined aerospace-grade 6061‑T6 aluminium part, polished finish. Designed to maintain a low profile, it provides maximum clearance for the exhaust while preserving the vintage/classic aesthetic suited for cruisers and touring bikes.
- Material: Machined 6061‑T6 Aluminium
- Finish: Polished, Function-Formedâ„¢ style
- Fasteners: ARP stainless steel 12-point bolts and gaskets included
- Durability: Large 5/16"-24 drain screws
- Hydraulics: 1.1" piston included, hose adapter provided
- Kit Contents: hydraulic cover, bolts and washers, main and secondary shaft retaining nuts, actuator rod with bearings, centre rod, clutch adjustment, plate with circlip, gasket and hydraulic piston assembly
- Origin: Made in the USA
Designed for M8 models equipped with original or converted hydraulic clutches; use of a 15 mm master cylinder required. Compatible with original 6-speed transmissions, Baker DD7 or Grudgebox. Mounting examples: Harley-Davidson FLHXSE CVO 114, FLHTKSE CVO 114, FXSE Pro Street Breakout CVO (2017 models listed).
