KIBBLEWHITE Valve Guide (ref. 80-80090) — Bronze C674 exhaust guide, designed for motocross and enduro engines. This valve guide adheres to KPMI®'s strict tolerances while offering a softer material, facilitating the boring and lapping operations during cylinder head refurbishment.

Application: exhaust valve
Outer diameter: 0.3958 (imperial)
Inner diameter: 0.1760 (imperial)
Material: bronze C674 (manganese)
Origin: made in the United States

The C674 is softer than premium nickel-aluminium bronze versions (C630), making it easier to bore and finish by hand with Kibblewhite ball hones. Compatible with electric or cordless drills to speed up the fitting work, it allows for quick restoration of the valve seat and face without compromising manufacturer specifications.

Ideal for maintaining camshafts and cylinder heads on off-road machines, this guide is particularly suitable for motocross and enduro riders looking for an easy-to-machine part during rebuilds. Compatibility examples: Yamaha YZ 250F (17D), WR 250F (CG), YZ 450F (34P).
